Important information
- All the participants must arrive 1 hour prior to the flight time selected.
- Please carry a Valid ID/Passport copy along with you
- If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
- Pregnant women are not allowed in this activity.
- Participants should be 7 years of age and above.
- A parent or guardian must accompany flyers under 18 years of age. If unavailable, they should bring a copy of their identity card or passport along with a waiver form signed by their parent or guardian.
- If a participant's height is under 1.8 meters, their weight should not exceed 120 kilograms.
- If a participant's height is higher than 1.8 meters, the weight should not exceed 140 kilograms.
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs are not allowed for this activity.
- Guests with shoulder dislocations or a back or neck injury history are not permitted.
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.
- Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
